PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Advanced Diploma in Secretarial and Administrative Studies programme is designed to prepare secretaries for development in secretarial administration and management. This three-month interactive program is designed to equip the participants with practical and high-level administrative support knowledge.  This will enable and develop an assertive and organized approach of managing people and processes at work place.
